Letters of invitation to evo* are prepared only for authors of accepted papers or for genuine conference delegates working or studying at recognised institutions carrying out relevant research, whose registration fees have been paid in full.
A letter of invitation can be obtained by submitting this form. Letters are sent to individuals and each person should complete their own form. Please allow plenty of time and in particular if you require an invitation in order to obtain a visa for Italy, you should note that many consular offices require weeks to process these, so submit your request asap. Consular offices generally do not accept scanned letters sent by email, but require original letters or those sent by fax.
